Draft policy foundation for the mobile application. It must be reviewed and approved before app-store release.

Information the app may process

Account contact details, delivery addresses, orders associated with your Shopify checkout, wishlist activity, device notification tokens, support requests and app interaction analytics.

Payments and checkout

Payments are completed through Shopify-hosted checkout. This application backend does not store payment-card details.

Analytics and advertising measurement

The mobile app may use Firebase Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager mobile containers and Meta App Events to understand app use and attribute campaigns, subject to consent and applicable platform permissions.

Deletion requests

Customers can submit an account deletion request through the delete-account page. Verified requests will be processed in accordance with applicable retention requirements.
